Com o ingresso na Licenciatura em Direito em 1993, iniciou também a atividade profissional, neste estatuto de trabalhador estudante, que manteve durante a sua licenciatura e os dois doutoramentos. Nestes últimos 23 anos foram várias as funções, mas quando em 1996 descobriu a apetência para a formação não mais a abandonou, tendo já colaborado com dezenas de instituições como formador e professor, em cursos profissionais, de formação de adultos, especializados e académicos. Defensor da ideia que só deve ensinar quem aprende, desde o ingresso na escola primária em 1980 não mais abandonou o ensino e a formação. As suas aprendizagens estão hoje refletidas em diversas colaborações em livros e artigos de edição nacional e internacional.
